Budget build advice

I am currently shopping around online for a good budget build with some holiday sales. If you all could look at the components and give advice on whether they would work together, and also give suggestions on other components I should add, I would greatly appreciate it.

CPU: This is my biggest unknown, I have some idea about most components aside from the CPU.

Motherboard: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B002LFYYAY/?tag=pcpapi-20

Memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?SID=u0t30742...

Hard drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
I could settle for a smaller hard drive if the price difference is great enough.

Video Card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...(Computer%20Cases%20-%20ATX%20Form)--XIGMATEK--11815004&AID=10440897&PID=3938566&SID=

Power Supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... 55$ after MIR and coupon

I have looked at different builds and have tried to incorporate them along with some sales I see.
Any feedback is welcome.

1) Replace the MoBo with one with AM3+ socket, it allows upgrading to better CPUs in the future
2) I recommend 2 CPU for your (AM3/AM3+) MoBo: The AMD Phenom II x4 955 and the AMD Phenom II x6 1090T
3) Overkill on the PSU, you only need 500W max for your system
4) Your RAM is sold out! But you can get G.Skill RAM (8GB) for $70
G.Skill Ripjaws Series Model F3- 10666CL9D-8GBRL 8GB
And 8GB of RAM is overkill, you can get 4GB for $30 cheaper : Model F3-10666CL9D-4GBRL 4gb $39
