Hello,
I want to a graphic card into my Optiplex 745 1.8Ghz C2D pc. Please suggest me a good graphic card for gaming without upgrading my power supply.

Definitely need to have a "low profile" video card, as case is only 3.65 inches wide/thick...

BUT, you might have this too:

Which could use a standard height card, has a 300watt power supply, PCI-E???


No way for me to tell what you have. Post dimensions of the case H x W x D
- what power supply do you have list watts and number of amps (A) on +12volt line
- what expansion slot? Is it PCI-E ? (list detail model numbers off motherboard and I could look up...)

Ok, a 300watt supply is pretty small, but, there are a few cards that will work fine with it. These cards will provide Excellent 2D performance for desktop work, websurfing, and videos. Any will be far better at 3D support while they will offer some support for older games at lower resolutions, (again, Far more than you have now....).
