I am running a M2N68-LA. Im pretty sure this Motherboard supports any PCI-Express x16 graphics cards. If this is the case what graphics card do you recommend for around $200??

Cheers.

M2N is a normal AM2 board right? So your running an old K8 based AMD CPU? Two cores only, like a 5200x2, or a 5400? (I think they topped out at 6200 or 6400.) Two K8 cores isn't that fast. You probably want to stick with a 5770 or slower. (GTS450, maybe the GTX460.) Anything faster will likely be held back by your CPU to much.

What is your system? What resolution and PSU do you have?

I have an Athlon II X3 455 OCed to 3.8 and I run a GTX 470 at 1440x900. Haven't played a game yet that I cant run at full res with max settings below 30 fps. Playing Portal 2, FSX, NBA 2k11, Mass Effect 1 & 2.

Edit: You definately need to up the PSU. At least a 700 watt.

You don't need a 700W CPU to run any current single card. Any quality 500W should be able to power most, with the GTX580 and above needing a 650W. With your CPU and PSU, I'm going with the 6670. Should be fine for 1440x900 usage, and it won't require you to upgrade your PSU.

I didn't say that. You'll be able to play games, and use mostly high(ish) settings. You won't be maxing Crysis 2 out, but you should get close.

I was going to suggest a 6850 or 6870 but he would have to upgrade his PSU wouldn't he. However if he chooses to upgrade these that would leave some room to upgrade the CPU and get even more performance in the future.

Those require a 6pin plug, so probably yes. The 6670 is the new top end for no external power.
