i've just bought this motherboard

and there's one battery(or something like that) missed. bios battery is on its place. that something other...

can someone tell me that's this, and where to buy?

According to the image you provided and the link referring to the [ X8DT3-LN4F ] many images of this motherboard indicates this section as empty such as the link below.

Downloading the manual suggests this as the "I-button" and has a description for understanding its purpose. Basically it is meant to store instuctions to allow a hostraid to operate with mega-raid firmware. I do not know what this means but it sounds related to heavy and large array of raid managements.
