How I can make connection my CPU in LED Television?

You don't connect a CPU (Central processing unit) to a TV. You may connect your computer to a TV, and if thats what your refering to then you need to find out what video outputs your PC has.

I would say its likely that your PC has a DVI connector and that your TV would have a HDMI port, so just grab a DVI to HDMI converter and a HDMI cable and connect the two.

Or if it's an older TV, your computer may be connected with an S-Video cable (the round plug) without any sound.
