Well im looking to spend less then 400 on a CPU,Mobo,Cpu heatsink and memory.

Im using a HD Toxic 6850 1000/1200
Enermax 620W

Right now im looking at 2

AMD X4 955 119 (this would be temp till bulldozers)
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 160
Cool Master V8 24.99
G.SKILL NQ Series DDR3 1600MHz (PC3-12800) 6GB (3x2GB) 49.98
Total: 360

Hi.

I'd go with the 2nd one, AMD isn't a good options now that SB offers better performance for similar price. But I suggest you get a more decent mobo (ASUS, Gigabyte or MSI) and go with better RAM like Corsair Vengeance or G.Skill RipjawsX. Finally the cooler is crap, get a different one.
