From what I'm seeing you should be able to run DVI to your Monitor and an HDMI to your TV (so it has sound). Unless you are using a resolution greater than 2560×1600 you should see no difference to your monitor. Any HDMI cable should do but quality differences are noticeable to an extent.

Why do you need mini HDMI? Does your TV have a mini HDMI port?

Your MSI R6950-2PM2D2GD5 graphics card has a normal size HDMI port that can be used.

oh OK sorry i swear i looked like a mini hdmi port to me
thanks for pointing it out
now for the dvi to hdmi i know it transpheres sound because i use to have one but i lost it so yea but my gpu is connected to spdif internally that's how i got sound until now but i just need to find the right adapter because the extra one i had didn't work it must be the amount of pins

You don't need to use a DVI to HDMI adapter. A straight HDMI to HDMI cable is all you need.

A standard Dual-link DVI (i.e. Digital Visual Interface) port does not carry any audio signals.

As long as the driver for the Integrated HD audio controller on the Radeon HD 6950 graphics card is installed and enabled it will pass audio through the HDMI port on the graphics card and on to your TV.
