I need to buy a new powers supply mine died last night.
I was ready to pull the trigger on the Corsair Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 for $79.99 w/ free shipping

Then New Eggs second shell shocker popped up its the PC Power and Cooling Silencer 910W High Performance Silver rated
Normal price shows $130. the shell shocker deal $99.99 with free shipping

What are your thoughts?

In my experience, when it comes to power supplies, branding is VERY important. As i never heard of a brand called PC Power here in europe i would definetely go with the quality of Corsair.

PC Power and Cooling makes some top quality units, the Silencer series is very nice, the silencer 910 has been well reviewed and received several great reviews and for that price its a pretty good deal.

The 750TX V2 is a good unit and for $80 after rebate its pretty good but the silencer is a better unit overall.

What he said, but if you don't need 900 watts go with the Corsair.
