Almost any video card can handle two monitors these days, sometimes more. Will you be doing any gaming?

Yes I do play the Sims 3. Lots of other things too, but that is a huge memory hog.
I just don't want to purchase a video card and find out my system can't use it.

The main limiting factor as to what card you can use is the 300w PSU in your system. This HD5670 would be a good choice for you;

It is a good card for gaming at low resolutions and it will do alright at high resolutions as well but you will need to use more modest graphical settings.
It can actually support 3 monitors at once. However if you want to use a third monitor one of them will need to have a display port input or you will have to get an active adapter like this one;

Do you suggest any others? Cost isn't an issue. Just in case....

No problem. The 7350LE your system came with is pretty old and was very poor for gaming even when it was new. The HD5670 is along the lines of 10x faster and should allow you to play any current game fairly well. It is your best choice for the money. There are better cards but none that I would recommend for your power supply. You could get something weaker but it will only save you $10-20 and the HD5670 is worth the price difference. Something like the HD4670 or a GT 240 would be alright alternate choices if you need some but they aren't as fast.
