Wireless message cannot display web page

Hello, LAN connection says it is connected. Web browser can not find server. Already tried assigning Preferred DNS Server: 208.67.220.220
Alternate DNS Server: 208.67.222.222 Still no web display. Tried pinging wwww.goolge.com. in cmd promt unable to find web site. Any other suggestions please.

Does it work when finding a DNS server by logging in to your ISP without any help from you? Are you paying for a static DNS?
