Setting up nvidia surround

Need some help please guys

I'm trying to set up surround with 3 x GD245HQ monitors and 2 x GTX570's.

I have the center screen attached to card 1 along with the left monitor and the right monitor connected to the second card, all with dual link DVI cables.
The left and right monitors never turn on, the center screen displays but I sometimes get a BSOD when loading windows, When I do get into wiindows I have the option to configure surround in the nvidia CP. When I click "Configure" I get this screen

Then when I click apply the center screen goes to stand by and I have to hard restart.

Tried the 266.58's and the 270.xx's

Any idea's guys?

Just tried with stock settings and got the same result.

Can't enable SLI anymore, PC either hangs or bluescreen's, can't play any games now... Even when just using one monitor.

This isn't going well.. any idea's?

I have never tried to set up surround vision so I'm just taking wild stabs at things, I assume you've done all the W7 update bits?

yeah W7 updates automatically....

Found out something strange, I have to make the PC boot from the second GPU to get the enable SLI option in the nvidia CP.
