Asrock 4 core viiv no bios screen

hi guys, this is my 1st post and i hope someone maybe able to help.
ive got a asrock 4 core viiv m/b and i theres no bios screen when i switch on,there are no memery beeps aswell,
has anybody had this problem and resolved it?
ive done internet search and cant find any thing relating to my problem.

Do you see anything at all on the screen? If not, then your cpu is not posting. It could also be memory related. Try booting it up with just one stick of memory and let us know what happens. Have you changed anything recently? Is this a new build? Have you been in the bios recently? New hardware?

no my machines 2 years old no changes or bios settings, ive just been looking around and ive found out that if you take the battery out for an hour it sometimes helps ill try that and get back to you...ps thanks for the quick reply.
