Question about NVIDIA GeForce 240

I happen to find this GeForce 240 with a $30 rebate, but I'm not so sure if I should jump for this deal, or get something better? My current graphics card is a Gigabyte 8600 GT (256MB, silent pipe) I usually play Crysis and Bad company 2, but that's all. For the purpose of playing my games on it, would this be ideal?
