Cooler Master makes great cases, not great power supplies. Go with Corsair! And if you are looking at new PSUs, consider the 'Modular' series; great for cable management and better air flow.

I can't imagine any psu under 500w being labeled as "Extreme Power" it sounds like a contradiction.

I don't know what your budget might be or what you have for a computer , but Newegg has this one on sale and it would be a chance to get a nice high power psu for a great price. But that is only if you can swing the extra cost.

No its not 4 me its 4 my friends system...He already has the psu mentioned and im selling my His 6790, which he is willing 2 buy...So there is no "budget" 2 be discussed here...what shud i do sell him the card or not???

P.s: I dont know much about Psuz cuz I have a Antec truepower 850W and never needed research so i wont understand any technical stuff...Kindly be as simple as possible...

I think he would be pushing it. According to the specs on the Saphire 1GB DDR5, they recommend a minimum of 500w. Don't know your model, but as others have posted, Cooler Master is not highly rated.

Plenty of good quality options out there that are better then the CM EP+ 460 .
You don't have to break the bank either.

its mediocre at best but it will work. if it was my PC, i would look into something like the antec Earth watt 380w, antec neo eco 400w or corsair 430w v2. all around the same price as the CM
