PC Upgrade Quick Questions?

My current PC is an HP Pavilion Magnesium Gray Edition p6654y. I plan on upgrading the motherboard, CPU, and adding a new video card. The replacements are:

My OS cam OEM with the current MoBo. I know I will lose the OS, but can I reinstall it using the same product key, or is it dead? Will my hard drive be wiped clean as well? If so, how do I reinstall the programs I needed that came standard with the computer?

Those parts look good and should fit but without a shadow of a doubt that PSU will not cut it. You will need something more along the lines of this:

Your HDD shouldn't be wiped clean but i would recommend backing up your files and reformatting. I don't know how you can keep the programs that came as standard, try the HP site perhaps?

Just be aware that there is often proprietary coding from both HP and Dell, which will not allow windows to reinstall on non Dell or HP mobo's. You may have to re-purchase any programs that were originally installed (including the OS).

jmsellars1 suggestion isn't bad, but I would feel better with at least 600. Just my opinion.
