i am clueless on motherboards and would like some help picking one out.

i will be using an intel cpu:

Intel Core i3-2120 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I32120
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115077

ill also be using a 128gb ssd:

Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148442

id like usb 3.0, and at least 2 SATA 6Gb/s ports.

id like to spend anywhere near $60-$80.

any help would be great. thank you.

Intel HD 2000 comes on the processor. you just have to double check to see if your mobo supports integrated graphics(which most should normally)

its not what brand, they all do but, what model. the more expensive ones are more likely to have it that the "budget" ones.
and no offense i don't have the time to pick out each and everyone of those for you. here is a "power search" on new egg:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=Property&Subcategory=280&Description=&Type=&N=100007627&IsNodeId=1&IsPowerSearch=1&srchInDesc=&MinPrice=&MaxPrice=&PropertyCodeValue=705%3A88788&PropertyCodeValue=717%3A88790&PropertyCodeValue=4103%3A30297
but those all look like "micro boards" - smaller sized than others. which means they only have two DIMM slots. personally i like 4 but it may not be a problem for you.

thats a fine board though you can get:
ASRock Z77 Pro3 $99.99
it has hdmi out and all the little bells and whistles a z series board; overclocking a K series cpu. .virut to help your graphics if you get a discrete card . .

i wouldn't expect prices to drop to far if they do at all. the i5 2500K went down about 10% (220-200) and since the i3-2120 goes around $120 i would be surprised if it went under $105.

aww crap, i forgot one thing. i am going to have a dual monitor setup. i see that z77 only has 1 vga port. i have a e-geforce 6200 graphics card with a vga port. can i just hook that up to the mother board?
