I'll be playing on a 1366x768 monitor and i'll be playing mainly wow, will i be able to play it with MAX graphics?

It's a fine gaming computer. The GPU is quite a bit overkill for that resolution, you will easily max out WoW. You are close to doing that at 1920x1080 with that setup.
So if you plan on upgrading your monitor at some point, it will run that as well.

I would recommend getting an AM3+ board though, for future upgrades.

I think most of this system build is find, but for the cost of a 500 watt psu you can get a 600w to 650w power system for the same or almost the same money and, if you want to upgrade any thing or add a drive later you will have the power to do it. and the drive is way more then you need for wow or gaming. If I was you get a 320gb to a 500gb hard drive then get a sec one if you need it later. cause trying to manage a large drive takes alot of time to do that and if your using (Windows 7)get more menory 6GB or 8GB of Ram. if not and using Windows XP then 4GB is find,
