The XFX Radeon HD 6850 will take care of all your needs.
It is $180.
It is widely praised and works well.

You should get a CPU coolers, and OC that to around 3.2Ghz, and buy a HD 5850 or a GTX 460/GTX 560 ti, alternatively you could buy a HD 6870. Could you find out what PSU that is, as you would need to make sure you have enough power to run these cards.

You should read this article: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-graphics-card-...

One thing to note, which they do on the first page, they don't consider the negatives of dual card setups in their choices. In cases were a dual card has higher performance, they offer a single card honorable mention. I'd lean towards the single card solutions, because dual card setups can have some negatives involved. In your price range, I don't believe this is an issue.

Well, I just wanna be able to bot rs for like 10+ bots. I want a good gaming card that would fit my needs. I will also buy the power supply needed for it so no worries about the power supply is the 560 ti better then the others u stated and what is better then it at the 200 - 240 price range.

If you have the ability to swap out a psu why the heck would you buy an HP rather than build your own? I've read that the HD 5850's outperform the 6850 but get whichever you like better. I'm bias agianst Nvidia since I had a laptop from 2007 which overheated due to their faulty chipset...But I imagine their discrete cards are very nice and that 560 ti seems very popular.

is the 560 ti better then the 5850's and 6850's.? and could you find me one thats on a good deal and one I can take full advantage. I hear since I have a PCI express 1 x16 I cant fully take advantage of the 2.0 express PCI 48x speeds. I just want someone to find me the best graphics card for the prices listed 200- 240 Max.

Graphics card has nothing to do with botting since you are supposed to turn down all your settings to low. It's your cpu and ram that matter.

Ok, I have seem to have found some good graphic cards that are around my price range. I always seem to have trouble deciding between the ATI's and the Nividas. Because of this I have a question to ask my fellow Tom hardwarers. The HD Radeon 6950 seems to be between 240, while the Geforce GTX 560 TI seems to be at the same Price. From reviews that I was reading the GTX560 out performs the 6850 and the 6950 but when the 6950 is unlocked to a 6970 it seems to perform alot better then the GTX 560 TI. The only cons I have towards the 6950 is that it uses alot more PSU. I currently only have a 460W power supply. If I were to get the card, could someone please find me a good discounted graphics card with a power supply I would be able to use for my computer specs.
