New build critique (optimized for ArchiCAD 15)

Hi, I need help with selection of components. I don't need OS. I will use it primarily for work in CAD (ArchiCAD) and 3D programs, as well as the playback of HD videos. Configuration should be quiet to work at night. My budget is $1500.

Build allows for 2nd GFX card at later date should gaming become a priority. PSU is 1st tier and nothing else comes close in its price range. BR Player provided for the movies.

Is the ram voltage 1.65V problem for CPU?

I think that there is no difference between 1333MHz and 1600MHz.
