I need to install OS into my system.
But i am unable to boot it from the bios, and i am able to install it from doubl-click on CD drive in My computer folder.
Thus the problem is occasionally detects the OS bootable CD and not all the time.

Thus the problem in my BIOS or CD-DRIVE?

Be sure to go into the bios and set the cd drive as bootable and put it at the top of the boot order. When your pc boots up and see's bootable media in the drive it will say something like 'Press any key to boot from cd drive' for about 10 seconds and then it will skip the cd drive and move to the second item in the bios boot order (followed by the third item, and forth item... LoL)
