for What?

for budget gaming:

the GTX 460 SE is not as fast a real GTX 460.
the PSU is Weak, stick with Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, Silverstone, XFX Core series. newegg reviews show a ~36% failure rate.

for home applications (web surfing, HTPC) its ok. if th ePSU doesn't blow.

you can do better:

As zooted said, that HDD is not good. 5900 RPM drives shouldn't be anywhere near a build. A 7200 RPM is what you need.

Faster RPM, faster boot up, file loading, etc.

Other than that (and some other things mentioned by jerreddredd), this build looks alright.
