Best RAM for Asrock extreme4 + 3570k

Hello im on the last purchase in my new build and i want to know what the best memory will be for my Asrock Extreme 4 z77 mobo and 3570k i5 cpu...
i would like to OC if its not too hard...
ram always confuses me so id appreciate some help please...
looking to spend around £40-50

Hello, thanks for the response...actually now i have a new question but dont want to start new thread....i will be getting a be quiet Dark Rock 2 cpu cooler and im wondering if the G skill or corsair vengance will fit with this cooler?

i think im going to go for the vengance low profile over the g skill ares...purely based on color...will the g skill ares be better?
