So I've been having issues where whenever my computer goes to sleep(be it from user inaction, or from manually sending it to sleep), the computer appears to cut all power to the system, crashing it. When I was advised to, and tried to, update the Bios, the system crashed, and the Bios remains at version F9(I have the Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 motherboard, and I tried updating with @Bios.)
Any solution would be appreciated.
