[solved] Bios problems need some help.

Hello everyone, I reoverclocked my 4.2 ghz i5 2500k on my asrock p67 motherboard at 1.3 v last week. Looking at the core temp in a game the temp was abit to high. wishing to turn it down; when I try to go into bios the frame freezes at the prebios frame. after I press f2.

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue.

It boots to the OS just fine.but, when i try to get to the bios it freezes. would it still work though?

a cmos reset is done on the actual motherboard. it resets all the hardware to factory settings.
