Bios Setup on ASUS P8Z68 V LX

Hi guys... Iam doing this post in order to get the maximum performance from my system, and due to Iam a noob in bios stuff I decided to ask the community for your advices!!!I dont want to have those POWER SAVER settings or crap like that, because my rig main purpose is PLAYING so...I need to get the best performance I can...

Here I give you my hardware config:

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500k 3.3ghz
MoBo: Asus P8Z68 V LX (BIOS 3506)
Memory: 8gb Corsair 1600mhz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 +
GPU: Sapphire Radeon 2Gb HD6950
PSU: Corsair 650TXv2
also I am playing on a 1920x1080 monitor(AOC)

Any advice,recommendation will be appreciated guys :p  and if more info is needed just let me know it

That's a nice system, almost identical to one of mine.

1-enable the ram xmp profile so you actually get 1600 MHz out of the ram
2-set your cpu multiplier to 40 or 41 to get a simple overclock of 4 or 4.1 GHz

thanks..! and what about voltages??? any change needed?.... I am nooby in voltages and overclocking...

For a simple overclock like I describe, no voltage changes needed.
