Z68 Extreme4 new install cannot boot to windows 7 without first entering bios an

After newly installing the motherboard I was able to install windows 7 to the SSD drive. Now however whenever I start up the computer or reboot the Bios setup launches (without allowing me to press a key to enter or choose to bypass startup). From there if I exit after saving changes it restarts and again immediately reenters the setup screen for the BIOS. Only after exiting without saving changes am I able to boot to windows 7 64 bit.
It does appear that the reset button and the power button on the case are now swapped. Could this be the cause?

I have a similar problem that happened after I installed a second video card for crossfire. Did you figure out how to fix this?

Anyone have ideas?
