Budget gaming pc

i am looking to build a system but i want it to be under 700 dollars

want to play games such as

Dirt 3
The Fallout series
Sims 3
GTA
Bioshock
Street Fighter IV

any suggestions would like to build asap because running very crappy Dell With Vista that does not run the games i want and has terrible graphics please help want a cool case as well can be intel or amd
also would like all the components from newegg

I would look for one of their shellshocker combos, which run from about $250-300. They even had a new sandy bridge 2100 combo the other day. Using one of these, you'll have plenty leftover for a decent video card and windows 7. I check craigslist for windows 7 deals. Some folks have extra sealed copies for $75 or less. Be sure to get the pro or ultimate version for xp support.

For gaming on a budget I'd check into the A Series APUs from AMD. PC Per did a nice video showing the overclocking performance for a system <$500

i would really like a EVGA graphics card and a Raidmax smilodon case if possible just help getting the individual parts list together with those things in it if possible

I second the newegg combo. You'll still have enough for a copy of windows 7.

The FM1 Socket APUs are the latest from AMD. Going with a socket AM3 would be fine, but not the latest technology offering from AMD.

Will you be overclocking, do you need a monitor if not what resolution is yours and do you need Windows 7 included in the budget?

no i will not be overclocking prefer amd because of price no moniter is needed and it will run at a resolution of 1024 X 768 yes i would like windows 7 included in the budget even if it is oem
