Boot or post failure?

i tried to turn on my PC
no display (even the POST screen), no beep, led in front panel was on, reset switch didn't work
i have tried to boot without memory card, same result (no beep)
i have tried to reset BIOS and replace the battery, same result
CPU fan, main fan, VGA fan work as they used to, but somehow i feel they spin faster than before
what's happened?
yesterday my PC ran normally, suddenly this problem occured

specs
CPU : amd phenom ii x4 920 2.8 GHz (3 years)
MB : gigabyte GA MA 770 UD3 (3 years)
Memory : Corsair 2x1GB 800 Mhz (3 years)
HDD : seagate (3 years) , 81 % of condition and performance (using HDDlife software)
VGA Card : HIS Radeon HD 5770 (1.5 years)
PS : Venom RX 700 W (1.5 years)

Can u run the Memtest or Windows memory diagnostics?

i can't do anything, even to do BIOS setup by pressing F2 or something like that

nope, i dont think so
i've never did windows update either

I think there are 2 things to check.

The RAM and the PSU. Try to swap them with another one.

I would bet on the PSU.

Try to swap it, so we can eliminate it.
