I'm really having trouble finding information about this case, so I'm hoping a few members here have possibly purchased and set one up.

I really like the look of the case (I've always had a fetish for such looking cases) and the modularity seems unique. However, at the same time I do not want to sacrifice cooling capability. Yes, 15 fans can move a lot of air, but I feel as though better cooling can be achieved via dynamics and thermal capabilities than power housing a case with 15 fans.

Furthermore, I would feel as though adding so many fans would cause an issue with noise.

Is the Lanboy worth it? I'm currently in the process of buying my next rig today, and I'm wondering how it compares to the HAF X which is what I originally had with my system.

I would agree with you in that it is a nice looking case and seems to be designed to accomodate a lot of fans and with the right configuration I think it would be a good cooling case. You wouldn't necessarally have to use 15 fans.
Having said that I think that the Half-X is a better case functionally and has good cooling options. I had a Silverstone Temjin 09 that I thought was a great case and I replaced it with the Half-X and I think the Half-X is an outstanding case , it has so many options , room and huge quiet cooling fans.
I would stick with the Half-X. I know it's hard when you got your sights set on something new but you really have a great case now.
