What is the difference between 9-9-9 latency and 9-9-9-24 latency?

Is one faster than the other? Because that is what I'm going to decide on between these two RAM.

There is no difference. Someone at Newegg simply forgot to add the 24 to one of the descriptions.

just make sure your ram is on your motherboards compatibility list

lower latency mean a little bit faster but those tow RAM have the same latency(CL9)
