some can..some cant depends if it screwed or glued on. the easy way is take a paper town with the pc off and lightly sprints into the towel some windex. then wipe your fingerprint off. wait a few min to let the windex dry then you be all set.

well my motherboard is a P8Z77-V and i think its screwed but your way seems to be easier and less risky in terms of damaging the mobo xD
