What about this one?

You are getting pretty good CPU, it deserves a decent quality mobo.

This one will let u OC much easier and it will stay stable even in higher overclock.]
What you suggested exceeds my budget, although I will keep it in mind, if I see I can spare some money from something else.

No, I'm not looking for mATX, just happened that the two I narrowed it down to are mATX.

ASRock Z77 Extreme 4. Easy to use, I had no issues ('cept for upgrading the BIOS which is working just fine at 1.3 - not upgraded). I'm a noob, easy to use. Good Luck.

OK, than this one.

I just build PC with this mobo and I like the BIOS, its looks like this.

For the mobo, I would recommend -> ... Latest Z77...
That is a good mobo choice for the CPU. It has good power design for OC.

U can definitely use this one ->

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX

For decent CPU, decent mobo : )

It will pay off in long run.

Do you live near a Microcenter, and have you already bought the CPU?

If you live near Microcenter, they still have the special going on - I just checked. ASRock z77 extreme 4 + I5 3570K for just under $300 AFTER tax. Of course you gotta go pick it up at the store - but you can't beat that price ANYWHERE ! I picked mine up on the way back from vacation !
