What is the best app to monitor temperature of my llano a8 3850???

ive tried core temp and it gives me a 11C reading. i think its not correct because the reviews says that llano is running hot

a8 3850
f1a75 m pro
4gb gskill ripjawx 1600 cl6
hyper 212 plus
strike x
500gb seagate

That's likely an issue with the temp monitor on the chip, not your software. If your BIOS has a HW monitor page check the temps there and if that in the same area then you probably will not get a good reading with any software...

the temp in the bios is 50C. is it normal with a hyper 212 plus?

From a cold boot to BIOS....no
From 100% CPU+IGP load restart to BIOS... maybe, but still sounds warm. Is it overclocked at all? What case and case cooling do you have?

it is not overclock. and i tried to max the rpm of the fans of hsf and the case fans
