First computer build. Look good?

Solution
I would stick with that HDD for sure, it's the best around and you can get it from newegg for 49.99 and free shipping this weekend so it's a great value.

SSD, maybe check out crucial m4 64Gb as an alternative, otherwise it's pretty nice as well.

You could check for a similar 1600Mhz kit but the one you have works fine.

Massive overkill on the motherboard with the deluxe. Unless you need all the candy on the deluxe. Check out the P8P67 Pro version, i think there is a combo deal with the 2500k, you can get it for 379.98 or something total - a nice $20 off on it so basically you can get that close to the same price as the asrock. Both are good choices.
Link to i5 2500k + P8P67 Pro $379.98

Looks good in general, just select the mb...

You can save some money by going after combos. Here's almost the same build with combos :

CPU & Optical Drive: $227-i5-2500K & LiteON

Motherboard & SSD: $222- Gigabyte GA Z68X UD3 & Crucial M4 64GB(SLI/Crossfire Capable Motherboard)

RAM :$75- Corsair Vengeance 2X 4GB

Power Supply : $110- Corsair Enthusiast TX750

Graphic Card: $280- XFX Radeon 6950 GB (Can unlock to 6970)

HDD: $55- Samsung Spinpoint 1TB( it fast)

Case :$90- Cooler Master Storm Scout

Total(Excluding Rebates) : 1059 USD

Rebates: 45 USD

That should be of some help .
