You should list the other components of your computer since only asking about whether a PSU will provide enough power to a CPU and GPU combo will most likely warrant a "yes" answer.

Both has the correct PCI-E connectors for graphics cards so no worries about that. I would personally spend the extra 3 pounds to get the 600W.

i havent got the pc yet but the current specs are something like
CPU: i5 2500k (planning to overclock this to about 4.5ghz or so but more if able)
mobo: asus p8z68-v lx
RAM: 2x4gb g.skill ripjaws 1600mhz
hdd: 60gb ocz vertex ssd + 1tb seagate 7200rpm hdd
cooler: be quiet, dark rock advanced
case and fans: antec 100 (incl. 2 fans) and a extra 2 120mm fans

the ocz modular looks good but im not sure about shopping on amazon. is the delivery time resonable and do they scam you?

it's just that im a bit edgey about getting something that says:" usually dispatched within 1-2 months" i dont mind if is a optional part eg the graphic card or the dvd drive or something but i wouldnt be able to use my pc without a psu and waiting 1-2 months is kida crap, if you know what i mean. thanks for the help tho
