Budget Gaming Build Overview? What do you think?

So my budget was like $500-$700 And this is what i got:

$70 CORSAIR Builder Series CX600 V2 600W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

$40 Kingston 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model KVR1333D3/4GR ((((((Will it work with a 4 channel thing if i only use one of the slots?)))))

$18 Some CD Drive

$60 Some 1TB Seagate Hard drive

$315 Intel i5-2500 + MSI P67A-C43 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

$175 XFX RADEON 6870 1GB Black Edition 256bit crossfirex with eyefinity


Is my PSU good enough? I can't find any cheap modular ones anyways but i guess this one is fine?

Total = $700 after rebates

I'm not asking for a build, I'm just asking for some consulting on the parts i have.

The PSU is good enough.

Not sure if you actually checked, but the C43 does not support crossfire or SLI.

You should be using 2x2GB or 2x4GB sets to take advantage of dual channel memory. It will work with just one stick, but 2 is twice as fast for memory access.
And of course with sandy bridge you should be using 1.5V memory.

Case is ok.

GPU is nice, and if you already got the parts then i guess you know if it fit or not in that case If you don't have em yet, make sure it fits.

I think you bought an overpriced PSU, The PSU isn't even modular.
You bought a pretty overpriced case as many are available with better airflow for $50, IE Rosewill Blackbone, Challenger, Destroyer.
For HDD reliability reasons, I would've went with Samsung.
