AC 97 or HD Audio?

I'm putting together a new build and have a Rosewill Challenger case and Intel DH67BL Motherboard. The motherboard has one set of pins for the FP Audio. However, the case has an AC 97 and HD Audio connector. Do I just need to plug one in (if so which is better) or am I missing something on the motherboard?

It doesn't seem to make much of a difference so I guess I'll go with HD Audio
