The first one is Low Profile and the second one isn't. That's it. The exact same, otherwise.

It's just means that the heat spreaders are shorter (easier to fit underneath aftermarket heatsinks). The heat spreaders on the tall ones are just there for show anyway. They don't add any functionality.
