Put the z68 board and unlocked "K"series cpu in just in case you felt like OCing in the future. You have a good amount left over so take a look around at some cases. Suggest Cooler Master, Antec, Lian Li....if ya wanna go cheap on the case then look in to boosting your graphics card up to a better model. 2x560's or 560ti's will out perform 1xGTX580 in most games if not all.
