just remove all the thermal compound with a cloth and go get yourself a tube of Arctuic Silver 5. Now read a tutorial about applying thermal paste correctly (use google there are plenty of articles), and do as directed by the article. The load temps are too high, Make sure your case has plenty of exhaust fans also to remove hot air from the case.
