GIGABYTE GA-M68MT-S2 BIOS Update?

So today I decided to look and see if GIGABYTE had update the BIOS on the MOBO I'm running and they did. No I've never updated a BIOS and from all the warning the have on the site it sounds like a gamble. I wanted to know if anyone knew what the fixes were before I attempted to update it.
Mainly if they had fixed the issue with FX CPUs and Certain Steam Games like Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Total War: Shogun 2?
The only way I've been able to play Deus Ex is through a program a guy made otherwise I would be getting 9FPS.
The MOBO I have is: GIGABYTE GA-M68MT-S2 Rev. 3.1 BIOS version FB.
