3DMark Vantage issue. Please help!

Hello forum =]

I have had my sapphire 6970x2 crossfired graphics card for a while,
and... I couldn't make 3DMarkVantage run with this graphics card.
I have other 5970/5770/5850 graphic cards, and I can run vantage without any prob,
but whenever i try to run vantage on 6970 cf settings, Vantage would run, but after
loading up the first test(Jane nash or w/e its called) it would just freeze.
After freezing, non of the key works, so i have to force reboot.

Does anyone know why its happening or how to fix this?
I would appreciate any replies =]

i7-2600k @ 4.6Ghz
ASRock P67 professional mobo
G.Skill RipJaw-X PC3-12800 4Gbx4 @ 1600mhz(xmp)
OCZ vertex2 50gb x4 raid0
Sapphire hd6970x2 cf
Silverstone strider 1000w psu.

Oh, except for the bios update, everything is up to date. Don't think bios update will do anything tho. I read the update release notes, and there was nothing related to pci-e performance or anything >.<
