Hello, We have two computers and just reformatted both. One is able to re-connect to the internet with
a Security-enabled wireless network (WPA). The other one won't connect - we are typing in the exact same password, but keep getting this error message: "The network password needs to be 40 bits or 104 bits depending on your network configuration. This can be entered as 5 or 13 ascii characters or 10 to 26 hexadecimal characters." Seems like we need to reconfigure the network settings on this computer, but we've been at it for hours and can't figure it out.

Sounds like the second computer only supports WEP.
