yes, it will be enough...
period.
it will work.

if I have to explain it again I will or you can search on Tom's about power requirements.
I'm sure a thread with my name will pop up.

305-watt supply with C2Q and 5670 is NOT A PROBLEM.

but that processor will not work in the Dell e520 OEM motherboard.

Oh, well i have heard of people being able to run the processor on it , in that case do you have any suggestions for the best processor my mother board can run?

Ok so ive google a bunch of responses , and the q6600 was said to have been compatible with with the e520 multiple times and definetly works , with a bios update.

Do you think The q6600 HD radeon 5670 will be a good enough fit for a 305 psu to run bf3 on low settings?

Also what is a bios flash?is it just isntalling the bios update or doing something specific like updating bios right before i put in processor?

Thanks

OK, glad you checked and I said it at least has to have a BIOS update.
I knew that..
with a Dell, it's easy.
as I stated, go to the Dell web-site and search your unit for downloads.
then download and install the latest BIOS right there on the spot from the Dell web-site.
the download includes an installer and will do it right there on the screen.
then reboot and your done.
then your ready for you CPU upgrade.

and yes, for the last time....
it will work with that 305-watt supply.
there are power supply upgrades you know but what you have will work in the meantime..

Alright thanks a lot man , you saved me a whole lot of time . buyin it from ebay as soon as i can , used cpus arent the end of the world are they? they have a return policy if it doesent work. :)
