Low profile 5670 512m GDDR5 VS Lo-Pro HD6570 1gb DDR3?

they both are low-pro low power draw

I am not sure if the hd 6570 needs an external power connector
anybody know?

system spec
Core2Duo @ 2.93ghz
4gb ram
Dell 280w PSU continuous output equal to about 350-400w max output

If the 6670 doesn't need an external power connector, the 6570 shouldn't.

Easy choice though, get the 6570.

does the 6570 blow away the HD5670 or is only marginally better?
I was set on the 5670 but then I saw the 6570
I do like the Gddr5 of the 5670 and higher clock speeds
I used GPU review to do a side by side match up and
it was close

If anybody has link to game benches between the two that would be great

I can only find benchmarks for the 5670, but not for the 6570. However, based on the 6670's results, I can safely say that the 6570 would probably be about 10% faster.

It is just I have been taught to go with the better memory
which is the GDDR5 in the HD5670
I will have to really do my own research and read reviews on the 6570
it is definitley one to consider
I like the 6570 since it is newer tech with some newer features
