I have 1 Radeon 5770 and a system capable of Crossfire. Another one is around $100. Is there any single card out there that will beat 2 5770's in sli for $150 or less ?

most recent games support crossfire. 2 5770's give you in between 5850 and 5870 performance on games that work well with xfire. Check the games you play support xfire and that AMD has an appropriate xfire profile. If it is an option it would be best to sell your current card and get a faster single card like a 6850. the new 6xxx series scale much higher percentage in xfire also if you wanted to add another 6850 later.
