AutoCad Work Station on the Cheap
the video card can be switch out with a nVidia GTS 450 if you don't like AMD. Most of AutoCad is not GPU intensive unless your client is doing 3d rendering and such. if they are they will need some more $$ for a full Workstation.

EPIC Fail! I left off the DVD/CD drive, so it over the $700 budget. $17

just downgrade the GPU a 6670
