Motherboard chipset and RAM compatible?

Hey guys. Wanted to know if these are compatible. (Dont wanna waste money )

Mobo: Asus P8H61-M LE
RAM: G.Skill RipJaws 8GB 1600 (10666CL9D) 2x4gb

The chipset of the mobo is Intel H61 and it says here: http://pcx.com.ph/components/memory/g-skill-ripjaws-8gb-1333-10666cl9d-2x4.html that its (probably) for these chipsets:
Intel Z68
Intel P67 / H67
Intel P55

Wasnt sure about this since it doesnt list this motherboard in the qualified mobos here:
http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=388&c1=1&c2=3

Also, would a 1600 RAM go into a 1333 mobo? (I dont know much about mobos. XD)
