I have xfx radeon hd 4670 1gb ddr3 card I wants to know does it supports a tv connection through vga/dvi/hdmi to rgb/component dongle .I have old tv having only rgb and component inputs , can i watch pc on tv .

You would need a device like this to perform the needed signal conversion:

Really not worth the effort. Poor quality and a headache to configure, yet it can be done.
