looks pretty nice, go with corsair, ocz antec or seasonic psu's.might also consider samsung spinpoint f3 if you have that budget, go down for a win 7 home premium.you can go with the phenom ii x4 955 as it is most likeley of same price. at what price are you getting that cpu?
