looks pretty nice, go with corsair, ocz antec or seasonic psu's.might also consider samsung spinpoint f3 if you have that budget, go down for a win 7 home premium.you can go with the phenom ii x4 955 as it is most likeley of same price. at what price are you getting that cpu?

and since you are going to bin the processor Id say buy the fastest triple core athlon .

I'm spending no more than $700. All the things in total (except PSU and OS since I already have) cost $690. The CPu costs $110, but I bundled it with the cooler.

Unfortunately, I cannot afford to get the F3 HDD. By the way, if my 30 Day Warranty from Newegg expires, my warranty from the manufacture still covers me in case I need new hardware right?
